Building requests
If you have any problems, comments, suggestions, or concerns related to any of COBA's facilites (ex: lights, doors, temperature, etc.), please contact Linda Branson.
Electronic classrolls
At the beginning of each semester and after the add/drop period for each semester, we receive a download from the Registrar's office with your class roll information. If you would like a copy of your classroll sent to you in an Excel spreadsheet, please contact Linda Branson. She can also send you a picture classroll with the pictures of all of your students.
Seating charts with pictures
Once you've recieved the electronic classroll in an Excel spreadsheet, you can then add the seat numbers of your students and send it to the COBA Web Team and they will generate a seating chart with pictures. Please make sure you read the seating chart instructions carefully before proceeding.
