Network Technology
- Clustered Novell servers and services with over 200GB of storage disk arrays
- Apache running on Novell for web services, with PHP and MySQL
- Over 550 PC's running Windows XP
- InaSoft Baseline recovery software, enabling over 200 lab PC's to be completely reimaged in a matter of minutes
- Oracle 10g Server for database courses
- Websurveyor server for online web surveys
- Backup system
- Backup Windows Server 2000 for web services
Wireless Technology
Both the Business Administration building and Curry Hall are set up for wireless access, enabling students, faculty, staff, and any other UNT visitor to connect to the Eaglenet Wireless network with their wireless capable devices.
