Dr. Nancy Boyd Lillie is an Associate Professor and Interim Chair in the Department of Management. She received her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Memphis in 1991, and joined the faculty at UNT in the same year. Prior to returning to school to obtain her Ph.D., she was employed in the field of human resource management in both government and banking.

Dr. Insley takes pride in being associated with UNT's College of Business Administration. He is especially pleased to have received a University Honor Professor Award, two College of Business Administration Outstanding Teaching Awards, an Educator of the Year Award from the Department of Management, and a Mortar Board Award. In addition, recently he was the co-recipient of UNT's Outstanding Online Teacher & Course Award. Dr. Insley teaches business communication, organizational behavior, and management concepts courses and is a QEP Teaching Fellow. He earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Bowling Green State University (Ohio)and his Doctorate from Northern Illinois University.

Though his Industry experience was in operations and marketing, his degrees are in Human Resource management.
