In the Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management MBA program, we study the business organization in terms of structure, process and behavior. The primary focus of this program is on human resources and their contribution to the competitive advantage of the firm. This program includes seminars that cover the practices and skills necessary for the major Human Resource Management functions, such as compensation, selection and placement, and labor relations. In addition, we offer seminars that provide an in-depth study of leadership and the process of organizational change. Graduates of the program may pursue careers in smaller organizations such as an HR generalist or in a larger corporation as a specialist in such areas as compensation, benefits, recruitment and selection, training and development, labor relations, EEO compliance, etc. Click here to download a copy of the track sheet and proposed course offerings.
